Policy:

Employees are provided employment letters upon new employment and annual employment letters thereafter at the beginning of the fiscal year.

Procedure:

Regular approved positions

Annual employment letters for regular approved positions are issued by the Department of Human Resources.

Grant positions

Employment letters for grant funded personnel will be distributed to individuals after Board/President approval.

Adjunct instructional personnel

Employment letters for adjunct instructors will be distributed as soon as course enrollment is determined.

If the employment letter is accepted, the signed letter will be returned to the Department of Human Resources by the indicated date on the letter.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
