Recreational Sports

At The River, we do something other than your “old-time” or “traditional” Intramural Sports. We hold tournaments and competitions in a wide variety of recreational activities. We do it this way because, with a busy student schedule, who has time to devote to a month-long Basketball League? We typically hold tournaments that range from 1 – 3 different nights that more easily fit the schedules of participants. Participation is GREAT and the prizes aren’t bad either. Sports include:

  • 3 on 3 Basketball
  • Dodgeball
  • Ping Pong
  • Card Games
  • Cornhole
  • Volleyball
  • Cabbage Ball
  • Kickball
  • Whiffle Ball
  • Disc Golf
  • Flag Football
  • Obstacle Race
