ICYMI: Members of the 2022 Championship PRCC Baseball team were honored at the Governor's Mansion in Jackson yesterday. "It was a tremendous honor for our program and college to be recognized by Governor Tate Reeves today," Pearl River baseball coach Michael Avalon said. "Our players heard many times today 'Thank you for representing the state of Mississippi and we are proud of you'. We are very thankful and humbled by all of this. Thank you to Governor Reeves and all in attendance for celebrating these young men and their accomplishments. #ROARwiththeBEST🐾

The PRCC STEM Club on the Poplarville Campus welcomed Dr. Mallory, dean of the William Carey University School of Pharmacy, to speak at their annual meeting. He talked about preparing for competitive professional programs like pharmacy and medical school. He did a wonderful job sharing the importance of self-confidence and exploration as well as having soft skills like communication and conflict resolution. “Everybody’s got the knowledge at your level,” Malloy said. “Your character is what’s going to set you apart and make you successful.”
