Policy:
All Pearl River Community College approved clubs/organizations must assume responsibility for their funds.
Procedure:
- The sponsor of each club or organization will be accountable to the Office of Student Services for any monies that are collected.
- The sponsor of each club or organization will maintain an accurate financial record of all monies collected.
- A copy of the financial records of each club or organization will be submitted to the Vice President for Poplarville Campus and Student Services at the end of each school year.
