ADA Accommodation Testing

Students with documented disabilities approved through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Office must contact the Testing Center at least 24-hours in advance of their scheduled testing appointment. PRCC Testing Centers’ contact information can be found on the Testing Centers by clicking here. By contacting a PRCC Testing Center, the student will verify that the Testing Center can accommodate their needs. Appointment rescheduling or an unexpected wait time may occur if the student does not adhere to the 24-hour contact policy. The 24-hour contact policy will be communicated to the student by the PRCC ADA Office.

Testing Center Rules

PRCC reserves the right to deny testing to anyone who arrives late for their scheduled appointment or displays disorderly conduct by the person scheduled to test or their companions.
I understand I cannot have cell phones or any electronic device used to retrieve or transmit information in a PRCC Testing Center.
I understand I will be asked to remove my watch.
I understand that I am not allowed to bring food or drink into any PRCC Testing Center.
I understand I should dress appropriately. I understand I will be asked to remove headgear, all outerwear, and all hoodies.
I understand that I will be asked to present a valid photo ID to verify my identity. I understand that the name on my photo ID must match my name displayed in Canvas.
I understand that pictures of IDs will not be accepted.
I understand I will be recorded by surveillance cameras and computer monitoring software while testing in a PRCC Testing Center.
I understand cheating will not be tolerated.
I understand PRCC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

HiSET

Pearson Vue

NACE – National League of Nursing

PRCC On-Campus Testing Center Charges

If you do not show up for your on-campus course testing appointment and do not cancel or reschedule prior to your appointment, you will be charged $25.00 per missed appointment. If you are an hour or more late, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged $25.00 per missed appointment. You may also be required to reschedule your appointment based on the Testing Center’s hours of operation and the duration of the test.
