Steps To Graduate

Step 1

be advised

Meet with your advisor to determine if you are ready to apply to graduate. If you do not know who your advisor is, log in to RiverGuide or Find Your Advisor.

Step 2

get informed

Read the Graduation Agreement which will provide valuable information about the graduation process.

Step 3

apply

Submit an Application to Graduate. Only submit one application per degree, per semester. To inquire about the application status or to make changes, you may send an email to graduation@prcc.edu.

Step 4

cap and gown

Ordering for the May 2024 ceremony will begin in early 2024. Please check back.

Step 5

confirmation

Receive an email confirmation of your application with a follow-up email regarding your status.

Step 6

graduate

Complete your coursework so that your degree can be awarded.

Step 7

march

Frequently Asked Questions

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
