Your support system for
academic success

The First-Year Experience program through the Center for Academic Engagement is designed to support students entering PRCC for the first time.

Our goal is to help students successfully transition to PRCC, get connected and engaged, and achieve their academic goals.

Ready. Orient. Advise. Register!

ROAR is PRCC’s Orientation program designed to prepare all incoming students for their first day at PRCC and to get registered for their first semester classes.

New & Transfer students are required to go through ROAR.  Students will learn information to help them prepare for the first day of school, meet with an academic advisor, and register for classes.

Click “Get Started” to login to RiverGuide and select “New Student Portal”.

Returning and Transient students are not required to go through ROAR.  These students should contact the appropriate advisement center to schedule an appointment.  For more information on student advisement, visit Advising/Counseling.

Current Wildcats should contact their assigned advisor to make a schedule.
