Program Information
Hydrography Technology will prepare students to enter the workforce through instruction in basic seamanship, maritime safety, hydrographic instrument installation/operation/and troubleshooting, hydrographic data collection using sidescan/multibeam/subprofilers, sound velocity profiling, and autonomous surface vehicle launch/recovery/operation/and troubleshooting.
Students completing this program will be prepared for a variety of entry-level positions in the field of Hydrography at the tech level.
