PRCC to assist in tornado relief effort

POPLARVILLE – Pearl River Community College is helping with tornado relief efforts in North Mississippi.Commercial truck driving instructor David Clark will drive the PRCC tractor-trailer Monday from a loading point in Perkinston to the former Wood College property in Mathiston.The property is being used as a temporary home for East Webster High School, which was destroyed by a tornado on April 27.The truck will be loaded with food and school supplies purchased by the Southern Baptist Association for the schools devasted by the April 27 tornado outbreak.
