Meet the Wildcats Aug. 20

  POPLARVILLE – Pearl River Community College will host its annual Meet the Wildcats event Thursday, Aug. 20.
  Meet the Wildcats will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the air-conditioned comfort of White Coliseum on the Poplarville campus. The event is free and open to the public.
  The Wildcat football team opens the season Aug. 27 at Coahoma Community College in Clarksdale. The home opener will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, against Hinds.
  The Lady Wildcat and Wildcat soccer teams will be on the road until they take on Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College at 5 and 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4.
  Reserved season football tickets are $50; reserved seats to individual games are $15. General admission tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. The all-sports pass, which provides a reserved football seat and entrance to all PRCC home athletic events, is $100.
