Healthy People Now! sets casting call in Hattiesburg

POPLARVILLE – Healthy People Now!, a Pearl River Community College program that puts health awareness videos in K_12 schools, will hold a casting call on Saturday, August 20 at the PRCC Forrest County Center.Auditions will be held from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. in the Multi_Purpose Room in Building 5 located at 5448 Highway 49 South in Hattiesburg.Healthy People Now! is beginning its fourth year of productions. Interested actors can see the program most recent productions on Healthy People Now open group page on facebook or last year productions at the website at will be given a script to read when they arrive for the audition, so they should try to arrive about 30 minutes early. Actors under 21 will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a release form before they will be cast in any role. The forms will be available at the audition. The actor should also bring a head shot photo. If the actor does not have a head shot, a photo will be taken.The program is looking for both male and female actors ages 6_70, although adult actors are only needed occasionally.Those interested in auditioning should schedule an audition by calling Ronn Hague at 601_403_1316 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday_Friday.—Pearl River Community College offers equal education and employment opportunities. Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
