The Information Technology Services team will be performing maintenance on multiple systems. During this time some network services will periodically be unavailable, as detailed below.
Service Window:
• 5 PM – 10 PM Friday October 20th.
o Periodic disruptions of all systems.
Affected Services:
• Network File Shares
• PRCC VPN
• Riverguide
• PRCC Authentication Services
• Exchange Email
• Network Printing
• Banner
• Wildcat Web
• Wi-Fi
• Voicemail
• Mobile
• Electronic Welcome Sign Management
o Sign will continue to run currently loaded content
• All remaining services will be also be affected during the extended outage.

• No action is required on your part.
