BEARING SERVICE

Class Description:

This introductory class covers the essential skills and knowledge for properly installing, replacing, and maintaining bearings. Students will learn techniques for safe handling, correct installation, troubleshooting common issues, and maintaining optimal performance through proper lubrication and regular upkeep. 

Objectives:

  • Identify, use, and handle plain and anti-friction bearings.
  • Practice removing and installing bearings, bushings, and shafts .
  • Gain practical knowledge of bearing lubrication
  • Understand bearing seal principles

Class Description:

This course introduces the fundamentals of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and their use in automation. Topics include basic ladder diagram logic, uploading and downloading PLC programs, monitoring program operations, PLC wiring and connections, and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Class Description:

This beginner training course is designed to provide foundational knowledge of pneumatics, an essential area in mechanical and industrial automation. Whether you’re a technician, engineer, or hobbyist, this course will introduce you to the basic principles of pneumatic systems, components, and applications. Through easy-to-follow lessons, you will gain hands-on understanding and confidence in working with pneumatics in various settings.
