Effective July 1, 2025, the Pearl River Community College Workforce Development Department will implement a new policy regarding application fees. A 20%
portion of the tuition will be retained by the department to cover administrative and processing costs incurred during the application review process.

This policy will apply to all new applications submitted on or after July 1, 2025. The remaining 80% of the tuition will be eligible for refund in accordance with our existing refund policies if the applicant withdraws before the start of class or is not admitted into the program. No refunds will be granted after the start of the class.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
