Sarah Welch, librarian at the Forrest County Center of Pearl River Community College, is serving on the Mississippi Library Association’s Author Awards Committee.
Welch will serve during 2015-2016.
She is past vice chair and chair of the association’s Two-Year College Roundtable division .
Welch, who has been at PRCC since 2011, holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
