Veteran Services
The Office of Veteran Services provides service to those who wish to utilize military-related education benefits at all locations of Pearl River Community College. This webpage, and the information contained therein, should be used as a resource to help guide you. We are eager to answer any additional questions you may have. Feel free to email inquiries to va@prcc.edu. Our office is located in the Advisement Center on the 1st floor of Crosby Hall on the PRCC main campus in Poplarville, MS.
2024-2025 Academic year
To request the use of VA benefits for this school year, please complete the following:
- Complete the Intake form (first-time VA benefit users only or those who haven’t used VA benefits in at least 3 years). You must be logged into RiverGuide to complete this form.
- You will upload a copy of your certificate of eligibility within this form. If using Chapter 31 (VR&E) benefits, provide contact information for your VR&E Counselor instead.
- Ensure you have been properly advised. You can set up an appointment here to meet with an advisor.
- Complete your Request for VA Certification. You must be logged into RiverGuide to complete this form. This form is required every semester you plan to use benefits.
- Notify us of any changes to your enrollment during the semester. Changing your schedule may impact your funding.

Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 (“Choice Act”)
