Touchstone to speak at graduation

  POPLARVILLE – Rep. Brad Touchstone of Bellevue will be the speaker Friday, May 12, when Pearl River Community College holds graduation.
  The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. at White Coliseum on the Poplarville campus.
  Each graduate has been allotted five tickets for family and friends. A ticket is required for admission. The ceremony will be streamed in the Brownstone Center auditorium for those who don’t have tickets.
  Touchstone, a PRCC alumnus, has represented District 101 in Lamar County in the Mississippi House of Representatives since 2016. He served as Lamar County prosecuting attorney from 2010 to 2015 and is a shareholder in Nelson and Touchstone law firm in Bellevue. Touchstone is active in community and professional organizations.
  After graduating from PRCC, he earned the bachelor’s degree from Millsaps College and the law degree from Mississippi College. Touchstone is married to Dr. Janice Burke Touchstone, a dentist and PRCC alumnus, and they are the parents of a daughter.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
