As we approach the end of the semester, we appreciate your help in making the move-out process as smooth as possible for everyone. Please review the following expectations carefully.
**All students must check out with their respective Head Resident or a Housing Department representative by 6:00 PM on the day of their final exam or Friday, May 1, whichever is first.**
Important:
All students are required to complete an official check-out with their Head Resident or a member of the Housing Department. Notify their Head Resident in advance of the time they are moving out.
Before leaving, all residents must:
- Remove all personal belongings from the room for summer break
- No exceptions
- Any items left behind will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the college
- Return your room key at check-out
- Failure to return your key will result in a fine
- Clean your room thoroughly before departure
- Rooms left unclean will result in a $100 cleaning fee added to the student account
- Complete check-out with their Head Resident or Housing Department representative
- Failure to properly check out will result in a $250 fine
- Complete a Room Condition Report (RCR) at the time of check-out
