PRCC summer showcase set for July 16

            POPLARVILLE – Pearl River Community College’s high school baseball showcase will be held Thursday, July 16, at Wildcat Stadium.
            The event, postponed in May and June due to weather conditions, will begin at 2:30 p.m. with registration with the showcase beginning at 3:30 p.m.
            College and professional scouts will be in attendance for the pro-style workout. Participant requirements are upcoming high school freshmen through 2015 high school graduates.
            Registration cost is $75.
            All pre-registered participants from the previous dates have been voided. New applications must be filled out.
