PRCC offers welding courses at Hancock Center

WAVELAND – Applications are being accepted for fall semester welding classes at Pearl River Community College Hancock Center.Classes meet from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the Hancock Center, 954 Highway 90 in Waveland.Students who complete the program will earn the Certificate of Proficiency and be qualified for an entry-level welding job, said instructor Raymond Jarrell.It two semesters with the option of a third semester, he said. Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
