PRCC offers pipefitting course at Poplarville campus

POPLARVILLE – Applications are being accepted for a pipefitting course this summer at Pearl River Community College. Class meets from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the Poplarville campus. The class will run from June 4 through July 24. The course offers a Certificate of Proficiency in pipefitting and application for NCCER Certification in the following topics: Core curriculum, introductory craft skills, 10-hour OSHA training, Levels 1 & 2. Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
