PRCC offering night classes in Columbia

Pearl River Community College will offer two fall semester night classes at the Carl Loftin Career-Technical Center in Columbia.The classes are College Algebra from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursdays and Music Appreciation from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays.Classes begin the week of Aug. 16.Current students can register on-line. New students need to go to the admissions office at the Forrest County Center in Hattiesburg or the Poplarville campus to register.Admission requirements for new students include a completed PRCC application for admission, official high school transcript showing date of graduation or GED score report, ACT score report and transcripts from any other colleges attended.For more information, telephone the admissions office at 601-403-1214, the counseling center at 601-403-1250, the Forrest County Center admissions office at 601-554-5519 or the Forrest County Center counseling center at 601-5545493.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
