The Forrest County Center of Pearl River Community College will observe Black History Month with a Feb. 14 program.Speaker will be Dr. Eddie Holloway, dean of students at the University of Southern Mississippi.The Voices, PRCC elite vocal ensemble, will perform.The public is invited to attend at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, in the multi-purpose room of Building 5 at the Forrest County Center in Hattiesburg.
