PRCC hosts new evening application event at Hancock Campus

Pearl River Community College recruiters will be on hand at the Hancock Campus at the end of the month to help future Wildcats take their first step into college.  This event is open to anyone wanting to become a student at PRCC.

Hancock County Campus’ Application Day will be held Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 4-6 p.m.. The Hancock Campus is located at 454 Hwy 90, Suite D in Waveland.

“The Office of Recruitment is excited to host Application Day on our Hancock County Campus. Our institution listened to the needs of our future Wildcats and we’re hoping to accommodate more potential students by holding this event during the evening hours; after school, work, and other obligations,” said Coordinator of Recruitment and Marketing Kari Eve Valence.

Future Wildcats will receive help with the enrollment process for Spring or Fall 2022 admission dates. This includes one-on-one help filling out the online admissions application. Housing applications can also be done at this time.

Attendees will also be able to have their questions answered about aspects of college life. This includes academic programs, student activities, lecture series, tutoring and scholarship opportunities. Additionally, there will be giveaways throughout the night.
