Don Welsh of the Ceasar community, a PRCC graduate and longtime employee of the college, succeeds Barry Harper. I feel an indebtedness to the school for giving me my start, said Welsh. I feel privileged to have been selected to this board. I hope I can contribute to its future success. Welsh, a a graduate of Pearl River Central High School, attended PRCC from 1964_66. He earned three degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi – a BS, MS and Specialist in Education. At the end of each day, you felt like you had accomplished something. I miss being associated with the students and my instructional and support staff. Also, Dr. Gale Harris has been reappointed to serve another team on the Pearl River Community College Board of Trustees as a Pearl River County representative.
