POPLARVILLE – Tickets for the first premier event of the season at Pearl River Community College are on sale.
Kevin Costner and Modern West, his country/rock band, will perform at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at the Ethel Holden Brownstone Center for the Arts.
Tickets are $50 on the floor and $40 for the balcony.
Costner’s performance in Poplarville is the only appearance scheduled in Mississippi on his current tour.
Tickets to the Costner concert are included in the season ticket package, which includes 16 premier events for $150, or in the “pick three for $100″ package. Other premier events include the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, David Phelps, Marty Stuart and the Fabulous Superlatives and the Willis Clan.
