Hancock Center registering for summer

  Registration for summer classes at the Hancock Center of Pearl River Community College is underway.
  The center, located at 454 Highway 90 in Waveland, is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  Summer night classes begin Monday, May 23, and meet from 6 to 10 p.m. They include English II on Mondays, world civilization I on Tuesdays, college algebra on Wednesdays and statistics on Thursdays. Night classes will meet on the Memorial Day holiday, Monday, May 30.
  Day classes begin Monday June 6 and end July 29. They include:
•English and reading lab, 12-1:35 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
•English I, 9-11:40 a.m., Monday-Thursday.
•World civilization II, 9-11:40 a.m., Monday-Thursday.
•Intermediate algebra, 12-2:40 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
•College algebra, 1-3:40 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
•General psychology, 12-2:40 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
  Students needing to register for fall classes will find extra counselors on hand from 1 to 5 p.m. each Wednesday, beginning May 25.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
