The Wildcat Way Show

About the Show

The Wildcat Way Show is a YouTube channel & Podcast used to re-affirm our school’s mantra which encompasses The Wildcat Way of PRIDE, RESPECT, CLASS & CHARACTER while speaking on topics regarding current events and how this affects our entire Wildcat Family. We hope this show and podcast will serve as a way to share the uplifting, hardworking, and motivational aspects of our Wildcat community.

Your Host — McKinsy

McKinsy is a Recruiter at PRCC.

Prior to joining the Wildcat Family, McKinsy worked for 2 Bee Seen Media, where she promoted small businesses through social media marketing, website design, graphic design, promotional videos, and other marketing strategies. McKinsy has always had a passion for shining a spotlight on the stars of the Poplarville community.

She started her own “news station” after graduating from Poplarville High School in 2016 called Hometown Hype. Hometown Hype followed the Poplarville High School football team to a State Championship game with video coverage and a weekly show called “The Jay Beech Show.” During this time, McKinsy was given incredible opportunities, such as attending the media dinner and National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. with an invitation from columnist, pundit, author and radio commentator, Cal Thomas. McKinsy then graduated from PRCC with her Associate’s in Arts degree. From there, she went on to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in Broadcasting and Public Relations from Mississippi State University.
McKinsy was so excited to have the opportunity to come back to PRCC as a recruiter. She is passionate about helping students find their career path and helping them through the exciting, yet scary times of becoming a college student. She loves PRCC, and the Wildcat Way Show is a way to combine all of her love for Pearl River and Broadcast Media into one. McKinsy will continue to find the celebrity in the people that make up our wildcat family.
