Planned Maintenance Window – Thursday, August 24th 2017

The maintenance has been completed.
The Information Technology Services team will be performing maintenance on the Datacenter Battery Backup and on the Fax Server. This will cause service disruption to the voice, fax, security cameras, and some departmental specific services. No service, other than Faxing, should have a disruption exceeding 10 minutes.
Service Window:
• 4 PM – 6 PM Thursday August 24th
Affected Services:
• Voice Calls
• Fax Calls
• Security Cameras
• Old file shares
• Dental Server
Note: Other than the Fax Server, the listed servers and services will be affected due to the need to reboot a network switch. The servers themselves will not be affected.
Action Required
• No action is required on your part.
Updates will be available on the IT Services Alert web page https://prcc.edu/it/alerts and we will notify this group upon services restoration.
