Planned Maintenance Window – Friday, August 31 2018

The Information Technology Services team will be performing maintenance on multiple systems. During this time some network services will periodically be unavailable, as detailed below. Please note that disruptions should be short and distributed throughout the Window, with the exception of Banner.
This includes an extended service outage for Banner that will run through Sunday evening, September 2nd.
Service Window:
- 5 PM – 10 PM Friday August 31st
- Periodic disruptions of all systems.
- Banner will be unavailable
Extended Service Window
- 10 PM Friday August 31st – 8 PM Sunday September 2nd
- Banner will be unavailable

• PRCC VPN
• Riverguide
• PRCC Authentication Services
• Exchange Email
• Network Printing
• Banner
• Wildcat Web
• Wi-Fi
• Voicemail
• Mobile
• Electronic Welcome Sign Management
o Sign will continue to run currently loaded content
• All remaining services will be also be affected during the extended outage.
