Resolved: Maintenance has been completed and services restored.
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be performing critical maintenance on multiple systems during the scheduled maintenance window . All systems will be periodically unavailable during this time, as detailed below.

• PRCC VPN
• Riverguide
• PRCC Authentication Services
• Exchange Email
• Network Printing
• Banner
• Wildcat Web
• Wi-Fi
• Voicemail
• Mobile
• Electronic Welcome Sign Management
o Sign will continue to run currently loaded content
• All remaining services will be also be affected during the extended outage.

• No action is required on your part.
