Scholarships, state, and federal aid do not cover Eagle Flatts as a housing option. All payments for the monthly rent must be paid directly to the complex from the student, therefore if a student receives any type of refund, they can use that money to pay towards rent once it is disbursed but this is not arranged by PRCC.

Yes, if you want to pay your rent in a large sum, all you must pay is the first month’s rent to receive your keys, then sign an agreement with Eagle Flatts to hold rent payments until your refund disbursement date.

Yes, apartment units are separated by boys and girls, however, if a male & female choose to live together in one unit, that is allowed, as long as a waiver is signed with the complex.

No, PRCC students only qualify for the application fee to be waived. PRCC students will use the PRCC discount code WildcatRewards (Valued at $150).

Yes, but they are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Poplarville Campus.

No, like our on-campus resident hall housing, all Eagle Flatts apartments are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
