Pearl River Community College’s dental hygiene program recently pinned 15 graduates in a ceremony at the Woodall Advanced Technology Center. Donovan was voted most outstanding dental hygiene student. The Colgate Star Student Award went to Le. The Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award went to Desirae Green. The PRCC Patient Education Award went to Nause. The MDHA Achievement Award went to Slade. The Stan Hill, D.M.D. “Make It Happen” Award went to Ates. Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society Awards went to Donovan, Graves and Seymour. Department Chairman is Dr. Shana Allen. Instructors are Donna Lunn and Charity McCoy.
