The Computer Networking program offers training in telecommunications, network administration, and client/ server systems.  Students are prepared to work with internal and external clients, vendors, and other information technology professionals, requiring the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.

Classroom knowledge

  • Install and Configure Microsoft Windows PC Operating Systems
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware
  • Install and Configure Microsoft Server Operating Systems
  • Install and Configure Linux Server Operating Systems
  • Building a Network from Scratch (Programming Switches, Routers and Wireless Devices in combination with the above PC, and Server end device components)

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
