Coast EPA donates for scholarships

Coast Electric Power Association recently presented $2,000 to Pearl River Community College for career technical education scholarships. CoBank matched Coast EPA’s original gift for a total donation of $4,000. On hand for the presentation were Mark Wallace, Coast EPA director of residential energy management; April Lollar, director of communications; Dr. Scott Alsobrooks, PRCC vice president for workforce and economic development; Melissa Russo, vice president of marketing and members services for Coast EPA; Merilee Sands, communications and community relations specialist; and Dr. Ed Pinero, PRCC career technical education director.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
