Sexual misconduct is a form of sex discrimination and is inconsistent with the standards and ideals of our community. You can find our policy below.

Reporting and Confidential Assistance

If you or someone you know has experienced sexual misconduct, you have multiple options for reporting this to Pearl River Community College or to law enforcement. These include options for confidential assistance.

  • Emergencies: If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
  • Formal Complaints: Click here to begin a formal complaint with Pearl River Community College.

  •  Confidential Assistance: If you are not sure about filing a formal complaint, you may wish to complete an incident report and have the option of remaining anonymous. You can also reach out to titleix@prcc.edu with any questions. A Title IX representative is also available to consult with at each of our campus locations.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.
