Allied Health Pinnings 2023 – 2024 Academic Year

Pearl River Community College proudly honors the graduates of our Allied Health programs for the 2023-2024 academic year. Below are images capturing these special pinning ceremonies, where students were recognized for their hard work and dedication. We congratulate all of our graduates and wish them success in their chosen fields as they step into the healthcare profession.

Graduates of the Respiratory Care program at Pearl River Community College’s Forrest County Campus received their diplomas and pins during a ceremony on Nov. 30 at the Forrest County Campus in Hattiesburg. Keen was selected as student of the year, Keen, Warren and Wheat graduated with special honors, and Box, Evins, Ford, Joel Romero, Rowzee, Stogner, and Watts graduated with honors.

Seal was presented with the Outstanding Clinical Award. Zemtsov was presented the Academic Achievement Award.

PRCC: 2024 Medical Laboratory Technology Class Graduates

The 2024 Medical Laboratory Technology class at the Forrest County Campus of Pearl River Community College received pins and certificates on Thursday, July 18 at the Dr. Cecil Burt Special Events room.

The 2024 Dental Assisting Technology class at the Forrest County Campus of Pearl River Community College received pins and certificates on Thursday, July 25 at the Dr. Cecil Burt Special Events room.

PRCC: 2024 Massage Therapy program graduates third class of students

The 2024 Massage Therapy Program at the Forrest County Campus of Pearl River Community College graduated its third class on Thursday, July 25 at the Dr. Cecil Burt Special Events room. 

The students include from left: Front row – Tahleea Hughes of Hattiesburg, Ember Maxwell of Vidalia, La., LaSondra Duncan of Hattiesburg, Cianna Dillon of McComb and Olivia Winters of Slidell, La. Standing – Robert Youngblood of San Bernardino, Calif., Miah Cazanov of McComb, Shannon Mitchell of Hattiesburg, Veronica Jackson of Meridian, Jermarcus Ross of Laurel. Duncan and Jackson were members of the National Technical Honors Society and Cazanov was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

PRCC’s new Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at FCC graduates its second class

Pearl River Community College’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography program graduated its second class on Thursday, July 25 at the Dr. Cecil Burt Special Events Room at the Forrest County Campus.

The students include from left: Seated – Krista Boudin of Bay St. Louis, Sarah Thibodeau of New Orleans, Anna Grace Hipp of Vancleave, Peyton Cooper of Richton and Allie James of Ellisville. Standing – McKenzie Gale of Navarre, Fla., Anna Kate Cornish of Biloxi, Carmen Gibson of Natchez, Haley Montgomery of Sumrall and Addison-Blair Dyess of Hattiesburg. Montgomery won the Academic Excellence and Technologist’s Choice awards. Hipp won the Clinical Excellence Award.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.
