Pearl River Community College is excited to announce a robust slate of events that will highlight Homecoming next week.
The week-long celebration will culminate with the Thursday, Oct.7 football game against Holmes Community College and presentation of the Homecoming Court.
This year’s theme is “All Roads Lead Home.”
“PRCC is proud that we have Wildcats in almost all 50 states,” said Executive Director of Development Foundation and Alumni Services Delana Harris. “Many work and serve locally in our communities while others have taken paths that have led them afar. Each represents the PRCC family and we are excited to be part of their journey.
“Despite distance or time, all roads lead home to Pearl River Community College. We want our Wildcat family to know that home is here to welcome them and their roots are firmly planted in an institution with history and hope for the future.”
PRCC is delighted to have a variety of both alumni and student activities leading up to the game. Along with those activities, each day has a theme for outfit ideas for wearing on campus.
Most of the activities will be run by the Student Government Association and Student Activities Office.
“I am excited for Homecoming Week this year,” said Student Government Association President Jermarlin Ducksworth. “It will be good to see everyone enjoying themselves. And I am looking forward to seeing the different themed outfits each day.”
