Advisors: Please complete this form to request a change to your advisee’s major.

Select the appropriate pathway and “pre” major for those interested in joining allied health or career/technical program.

Major change requests submitted once the semester begins may not be processed until the conclusion of that semester. Please DO NOT submit duplicate requests during the semester.

Students seeking a career or technical degree that requires a separate admissions process.
Students must be selected for this program before their major is changed. Until a student is officially accepted into the program, their Academic Pathway will be Arts & Humanities and Concentration will be Interdisciplinary Studies.
