ATTENTION LPN to ADN APPLICANTS
Beginning August 1 2024, PRCC AD Nursing will only accept the NACE Foundations of Nursing as the Entrance Exam for LPN to ADN applicants.
ATTENTION TRADITIONAL APPLICANTS
Beginning March 1 2025 PRCC AD Nursing will only accept the ATI TEAS Entrance Exam taken at an on-site proctored facility (no online tests accepted). TEAS scores are valid for one (1) year from date taken and must not expire prior to the application deadline.
ATI TEAS Entrance Exam
Entrance Exam requirements for Test of Essential Academic Skills (ATI TEAS):
- Applicants with an entrance exam score below 58.7% are not considered for admission. This score is subject to change.
- Scores are valid for one (1) year from date taken and must not expire prior to the application deadline.
- After March 1st, 2025, TEAS must be taken at an on-site proctored facility.

- Follow instructions to register – payment of $107 must be made at the time of registration.
- Submit TEAS score with application. NOTE: Full name and test date should appear on application submission.

Entrance Exam requirements for NLN Nursing Acceleration Challenge Examination (NACE):
- Applicants with an entrance exam score below 55% are not considered for admission. This score is subject to change.
