Radiologic technology students receive pins

  Graduates of the radiologic technology program at the Forrest County Center of Pearl River Community College received their pins and awards during a ceremony on Friday, May 8, at PRCC’s Lowery A. Woodall Advanced Technology Center.
  Mollie Fallon of Lucedale received the Overall Student of the Year Award  and the Mississippi Society of Radiologic Technology scholarship.
  The academic award went to Sarah Mitchell of Picayune and the clinical award and Mississippi Radiologic Society scholarship to Jarod Roberts of Petal. Mia Bell of Purvis recieved the Technologist Choice Award.
  The students completed clinical work at Forrest General Hospital, Gulfport Memorial Hospital, Hattiesburg Clinic, Highland Community Hospital, Marion General Hospital and Wesley Medical Center.
  David Armstrong is director of the two-year program which leads to an associate in applied science degree. Instructor is Hope Husband.

Each community college president is asked to bring two (2) wrapped door prizes, minimum value of $50 each. We will have a station set up at the conference for you to drop off the door prizes.

Each community college is asked to provide name tags for their Board members, administration, and staff attending the conference.
