Pearl River Community College is pleased to announce the position of Director of Human Resources. This position will be responsible for the development and administration of the institution’s centralized comprehensive HR management program, and the development and oversight of the various HR plans and procedures district wide. It will have responsibility for such areas as worker’s compensation, EEO regulations, compliance with state and federal regulations such as FMLA, DOL guidelines, and benefits administration. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred, in HR or business related field of study. At least three (3) years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the educational or state agency environment. The position will be available as of July 1, 2018.
