Pearl River Community College is now accepting applications for the position of Accounts Receivable Coordinator.  This is a full-time, 12-month professional position on the Poplarville Campus.  Qualifications for this position include a required Associate Degree in Business Technology or related field of study.  A BSBA in accounting or related field of study is preferred.  Applicants must have a general knowledge of computer accounting programs as they relate to student charges, credits, and balances.  Experience with Banner software is preferred.  For additional information or to apply for this position, contact Roger Knight at rknight@prcc.edu.  

 Pearl River Community College is now accepting applications for the position of Instructor of Mathematics (Poplarville) 

The position of Mathematics Instructor (Poplarville) is now available for qualified applicants.  This is a full-time, 9 month, instructor position.  Applicants interested in this position must have a Master’s degree in mathematics. Individuals must have a thorough understanding of the use of technology as a supplemental instructional tool and express an aspiration toward life-long learning and an awareness of working as a member of a departmental team.  Duties will include but are not limited to:  instruction of higher level mathematics courses, assistance with mathematics and computer literacy needs of students utilizing the mathematics laboratory, membership on college committees, sponsorship of student organizations, and advisement of students in Mathematics related fields as well as General Studies students.  For further information, contact Ms. Karen Bond at 601-403-1144 or email kbond@prcc.edu.  The application deadline is May 13, 2019 or until filled.

Pearl River Community College is now accepting applications for the position of Instructor of Electronics Technology for the Forrest County Center Campus.  It is available for internal transfer to qualified employees.  This is a full-time 9-month position. Interested applicants should have a minimum of an A.A.S. degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronics Technology, or closely related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience within the last five years preferred.

Pearl River Community College is now accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director of Recruitment. This position is open for internal transfer to qualified employees.  This is a full-time, 12-month professional position.  Interested applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred.  Two to three years of experience in recruitment, financial aid, admissions, and other areas of enrollment management are required.
 
This person will oversee the daily operations of recruitment for PRCC.  They will be responsible for working with the recruiting staff and various departments on campus to identify, recruit and enroll students.  The position will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Vice President of Business Services.  The role requires strong written and verbal communications skills.  This person will work with local schools and help create the college’s strategic recruitment plans.

Pearl River Community College is now accepting applications for the position of Testing Assistant (Garvin H. Johnston Library, Poplarville Campus).  This is a full-time 12-month position. Qualified applicants should have an AA degree.  Individuals must have a thorough understanding of a testing environment, have experience with standardized testing, and have an awareness of working as a member of a departmental team.  Duties will include, but are not limited to, proctoring tests at multiple campuses and membership on college committees.
