Instructor of Biology
Location:  Poplarville
Overview:  Individuals must have a thorough understanding of the use of technology as a supplemental instructional tool, express an aspiration toward life-long learning, and have an awareness of working as a member of a departmental team.  Duties will include but are not limited to: instructor of lecture and/or lab classes both in person and online, membership on college committees, sponsorship of student organizations, and advisement of students.
Educational Requirements:  Qualified applicants should have a Masters degree with 18 graduate hours in biological sciences.
Status:  Full-time (9 months)

Instructor of Mathematics 

Location:  Poplarville
Job Description/Overview:  Individuals must have a thorough understanding of the use of technology as a supplemental instructional tool and express an aspiration toward life-long learning and an awareness of working as a member of a departmental team.  Duties will include but are not limited to:  instruction of higher level mathematics courses, assistance with mathematics and computer literacy needs of students utilizing the mathematics laboratory, membership on college committees, sponsorship of student organizations, and advisement of students in Mathematics related fields as well as General Studies students. 
Status:  Full-time (9 months)
Educational Requirements:  Applicants interested in this position must have a Master’s degree in mathematics

Workforce Career Coach
Location:  Hattiesburg WIN Job Center
Overview:  The career coach will be responsible for the implementation of the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Workforce Training and Education Program (WTEP) program objectives. This position will recruit and navigate TANF recipients to non-credit training programs at the Woodall Advanced Technology Center. 
Status:  Temporary (9 month) grant funded, full-time position
Work Experience:  Qualified applicants should have extensive experience in working with economically disadvantaged populations, and experience with programs offered through the Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS).
Educational Requirements:  A minimum of an Associate's Degree in a Business related filed is required. Education and/or experience in social work, marketing, or business are preferred.
