Policy: 

Pearl River Community College may regulate the use of tobacco products on campus.

Procedure: 
  1. The use of tobacco products is prohibited in all College buildings and vehicles and within thirty feet of the entrances of all College buildings, unless otherwise posted.
  2. Tobacco products may not be sold on campus and are not to be advertised in any College publication.
  3. A fine of $25+ may be assessed for any violation of this procedure.
