A. Use this link for a quick reference guide for the voice mail system. Voice Mail Information
Q: Why is my Message waiting light on and I do not have any messages?
A. It is because the Caller ID history needs to be reviewed. Press the 'HIST' soft key then the 'IC' soft key, press the 'NEXT' soft key until you have viewed the current Caller ID history(50 max), press the 'EXIT' soft key to exit.
